For the past two decades, PAR One Construction has been a roofing company in York, PA that cares about its community. Since 1986, Rick and Tammie McAllister have lived in York County, raising their sons and supporting the Dover Little League.

A Family Business

The owner of PAR One Construction is Rick McAllister. He has been living and working in the community for several years alongside his wife and two sons.

Tammie McAllister is not only Rick’s wife, but she is also the office assistant at PAR One Construction. When she isn’t at the office, she is working out in the gym or enjoying her grandchildren.

Serving as operations manager is Zach McAllister. He graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Construction Management. He shares a love of the outdoors with his father, Rick. However, he also enjoys tinkering with machinery, particularly tractors. He can fix anything he puts his mind to!

The youngest of the McAllister clan is the PAR One production manager, Patrick McAllister. He has a mind for taking control of a situation and shows his dedication both at work and in his personal life. The family business is his passion. He also shares a love of the great outdoors and machinery repair with his older brother.

Supporting the Next Generation

PAR One Construction has always shown its continued support for the little league of Dover. They have done so by building storage sheds for the team to store their sporting equipment. In addition, the high school team can depend on the support of Par One Construction.

Par One Construction also aids local families with the Roof Rescue Project. In past years, they selected one family per year and donate a completely new roof. They are always searching for new ways to aid and strengthen the community.
