Most roofs will need to be replaced after 15 to 25 years, just as a result of harsh weather taking its toll over time. If the worst-case scenario is true and you need a new roof, we repair and install your new roof by first stripping it down to the bare deck and verifying the structural integrity. We will then replace your roof as well as all of the roofing components.
