Is Par One Construction registered and properly insured?

Yes. Par One Construction is covered by liability insurance, and our employees are covered by workers' compensation. Most companies do not offer workers' compensation insurance, but this is very important at Par One Construction. Our PA Contractor number is PA006885. What kind of warranty comes with a roof installed by Par One Construction?

Warranties can vary based on the roof that is installed. In order to meet various budgets and customer needs, we offer standard workmanship warranties and a 5-star extended warranty. Please contact us, and our Par One representative will be happy to explain each warranty further.
Do I need a permit for a roofing job, and how do I get it?

This will vary based on the township in which you live. Some townships require permits for specific jobs, while others do not. In the event that a permit is required, Par One Construction will save you the hassle! We will handle the entire process and secure the required permits on your behalf.
What is the cleanup like on one of your job sites?

We treat your home like it is our own. Whether it is an interior or an exterior job, small or large, we take care of all of the cleanup. We use drop cloths and plastic to seal areas of your home off, resulting in the least amount of debris and dust possible throughout your home.
Before we start a roofing job, our team will cover all of your landscaping so that it is protected from any kind of falling debris. When a job is finished, we gather up even the smallest debris by going through your front yard, back yard, and driveway. All the debris is put into a dump trailer that we take away for disposal.
What kind of roof ventilation systems do you install?

Par One Construction installs all types of roof ventilation systems, including ridge vents, gable vents, power fans, and much more. The right ventilation system will save you money in energy bills and prolong the life of your roof. One of our specialists will recommend the ventilation that will work best for your home. They will consider your roofline, the overall area of your roof, and any ridges on your roof before making their best recommendation.
How soon can you start a roofing job?

We typically operate on a two-week turnaround schedule from the time a customer calls, schedules, and deposits to the time the job is completed. During your initial consultation, Par One will determine how much manpower will be needed to get the job done quickly. We strive to complete roofing jobs in one day when possible, with more than 80% of our roofing jobs taking only one day to complete.
